Information
We wish to point out, that timber is a natural product and is
prone to movement. We cannot be held responsible for shrinking,
expansion and to a degree shaking of our products. However we take
every avenue possible to minimise this.
Treatment
All our products are treated under pressure in either Green or
Brown ACQ treatment or clear protim treatment. Any gates treated
with Protim clear treatment must be coated with three coats of
solvent or oil based woodstain (not water base). We are able to
offer a staining of Sadolin Classic woodstain which can be obtained
in various colours, but a further charge will be made, with prices
upon request.
It is strongly advised that any gates that are constructed with
tongue and groove boarding are clear Protim treated and finished
with three coats of solvent or oil based wood stain.
We will not
guarantee any tongue and groove products, which are treated with
ACQ.
Hardwoods unlike softwood do not need any forms of treatment,
however there are a variety of products that may be applied
to maintain
or change appearance if necessary.
Timber
All gates that we produce are manufactured from Scandinavian Redwood
grade timber (softwood) and kiln dried Iroko (hardwood), however
alternative timbers are used upon request.
Installation
All installations of our products are through our 'Approved
Contractors Scheme' of which your dealings will be through the
contractor. Suffolk Gates do monitor the quality of this service.

be charged on any overdue amounts. (Please note late payments
will result in closure of account facility)

be notified to us in writing within 7 days of delivery

in full has been made
